Talk 'Flavors of medieval Catalonia: cuisine and food in the 14th and 15th centuries'

On the occasion of World Food Day, we invite you to discover the Catalan gastronomy of the late Middle Ages. Based on the recipe book Sent Soví, chef Josep Vidal will prepare two historical recipes with products of the period.
