'Panellets' workshop

Panellets are a traditional sweet for All Saints' Day! These sweet balls have traditional shapes and flavors but give a lot of room for invention. In this workshop we will start from classic bases and some ingredients such as coconut, cocoa and nuts, and we will let our imagination fly, making the shapes and mixtures that come to mind.
