Workshop 'African Dances'

Teacher: Marta Casado We will work on body awareness, coordination, rhythm, breathing, endurance and feeling in African dance. The dance we will practice is the traditional one from northwest Africa, specifically Guinea Conakry. The movements of this dance are very organic and serve above all to unblock the chest, head and hips, which provides a lot of vitality.
