Workshop 'Flamenco'

Teacher: Mariana Galarza. Flamenco is a highly contrasting discipline that combines strength, rhythm and elegance. We will learn its characteristics with simple choreographies, working on posture and body awareness, without the need for previous experience. You will need to wear comfortable and flexible clothing, and flamenco shoes or any thick-heeled shoe.
