How do I talk to myself? What messages do I tell myself and how do I tell them? And with other people? Children, partners, friendships, family, acquaintances... There are four factors that influence how I communicate and how I react or manage all conflicts. With a lively and enjoyable format such as the word circle, we will work on Non-Violent Communication.
