Workshop 'Postpartum Yoga with Babies'

This workshop offers comprehensive care for the mother who has given birth, a shared space with your baby to take care of the body, emotions and build a healthy bond through self-confidence. You will practice postures, breathing and meditations with your thread or yarn. Recommended age of the baby: from two to twelve months. Taught by Carmen Ugas.
