'Family Yoga (4 to 6 years old)' Workshop

Family workshop for children between 4 and 6 years old and their families (one adult per child). In this workshop we will work on bonds, self-confidence and trust in others, performing basic yoga postures. You must wear comfortable clothes, a bottle of water and clean socks or shoes for the activity.
