'Children's chess competition (8 to 11 years old)' workshop

Teacher: Catalunya Escacs Club Aimed at boys and girls aged 8 to 11, who know the basic rules and have a certain command of the game in all its phases: knowing how to approach the opening in a logical and consistent way, knowing the basic mates and knowing how to evaluate the different piece changes. The group is dedicated to improvement and, if the student wishes, it can be a way of introducing them to the world of competitive chess, at an amateur or federated level.
