Workshop 'Polynesian Dances' (beginner level)

Teacher: Shedam Tribal. We will learn the basic steps of Polynesian dance to end up doing simple choreographies and delve into the secrets of Tahitian culture and music. This dance tones the whole body, improves mood and self-esteem.
