Workshop 'African Dances: Guinea'

Workshop leader: Tamara André We will explore the African continent through the rhythm of the instruments and the story that accompanies the dance. With the support of the Okan Collective Association and teacher Tamara André, we will analyze the central role that music and dance have in everyday life, creating a space of well-being and liberation where body and mind work in a coordinated way. The activity will allow us to develop coordination, memory and the pleasure of dancing.
