Workshop 'Afro-Yoga, African Dance and Yoga'

Two perspectives and an infinity of expressions and sensations to explore, which take us on a journey through different textures, with a very diverse palette of colors. We will learn to move from a more expansive emotional state, of sharing, celebrating, laughing or singing, to which African dance invites us, to the subtle, breathy and silent state of yoga that gives us the introspective energy of observation, along with all its physical and energetic benefits.
