La del Manojo de Rosas is a classic zarzuela premiered in 1934 with music by Pablo Sorozábal. The story follows Ascensión, a young independent florist who faces social prejudices when she discovers that the man she has fallen in love with, apparently a humble mechanic, is actually a bourgeois engineer.
