Conversations with conscience

This is a weekly space to reconnect with yourself: with what you feel, think and need. At each meeting we will explore everyday topics - communication, daily conflicts, emotions and habits - through talks and group dynamics. At the end of each session, you will take away practical tools to apply to your week and start living in yourself with more presence. No previous experience is necessary. Just a desire to share and to look at yourself with curiosity.
