Conversation 'When does a film begin and end?', with Lucrecia Martel and Noelia Ramírez

Few directors have transformed the way we understand images and sounds as much as Lucrecia Martel. With films such as La ciénaga, La mujer sin cabeza or Zama, she has explored the shadow areas of memory, perception and power, and, in doing so, has become one of the most influential voices in contemporary cinema. At CaixaForum, she will open the session with a speech in which she will propose looking beyond the screen to ask us what a film really is and what mark it leaves on us.
