Concert "Frode Kjekstad / Eric Alexander Quartet"

A unique concert with two key figures in modern jazz: the American saxophonist Eric Alexander, one of the most powerful and recognized voices of contemporary tenor saxophone, and the Norwegian guitarist Frode Kjekstad, master of the language of hard bop and soul jazz. Accompanied by a luxurious rhythm section – Roy Powell on the Hammond organ and Frederik Villmow on drums – this quartet displays an intensity, elegance and connection that can only be achieved after decades of musical complicity.
